Family services

We are changing the way we support families. We will support parents and carers of disabled children through our existing helpline and online community.

This means that some of our existing services have come to an end. These include Navigate, Sleep Right, Parents Connect and Activities for All.

We have stopped accepting referrals for these services. Any parent or carer already on our waiting lists will receive the full service they signed up for.

We will focus on supporting more families through our wider reaching services. This includes our helpline, online community and online advice and support.

• Our helpline provides free, independent and impartial advice and support.
• Our online advice and support covers a range of topics for families with disabled children.
• Our online community is a space to make friends, share your experiences, get advice and discuss the issues that matter to you.
