Write Your Will For Free

We believe that everyone should have access to writing a Will. That’s why we’ve teamed up with the National Free Wills Network and Bequeathed to help you write, or update your Will, for free.

There’s no obligation to leave a gift in your Will to us. But after making sure loved ones are looked after, your gift would help create a fairer society for disabled people and their families

Write your Will online with Bequeathed

We have teamed up with Bequeathed to offer a convenient way for you to write your Will online, using their Free Will for Good scheme.

You can complete your Will in 3 easy steps:

1. Take the online interview: Answering these questions will help you to gather all of the information you need. The interview lasts about 20 minutes.
   
   If you have trouble completing the online interview, you can use the Bequeathed instruction service.  
   
   A member of the Bequeathed legal team will get in touch to talk you through the interview questions. This is a Zoom call, but you can ask for this to by phone, if you prefer.

2. Phone or video appointment with a lawyer: In this appointment, your lawyer will discuss your situation and wishes, making sure your Will carries them out. The appointment will last up to 30 minutes.
   
   Appointments take place online using Zoom, or by phone.
3. Sign and witness your Will: You will receive your Will in the post. Once received, all you need to do is check it, sign it and get it witnessed. On returning a copy of your Will to your lawyer, they will check everything is in order and securely store it for you. All free of charge.

Write or update your Will with a local solicitor

We’ve partnered with the National Free Wills Network to give you the opportunity to write or update a simple Will with a trusted solicitor in your area.

This service is free, we cover the cost! National Free Wills Network offers access to over 800 solicitors across the UK and once you’ve registered, they will send you a ‘Will pack’ within 10 days.

This pack includes a list of participating solicitors in your local area for you to choose from. You then arrange an appointment with your chosen solicitor, and they will help you write your Will. Click on the link and fill out your details in the form and we will send your information directly to the Network.
