How to access our services

You can access our services only by appointment at the hub Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

There may also be events taking place at other times - these will be advertised on the events page.

Once you have signed up for a service, our advisers will ask you if you want to meet online or in person.

To meet in person, please make sure you agreed a time to meet with your adviser before visiting the hub. We do not offer drop-in appointments.

We have a number of spaces and meeting rooms where we can meet with you over a cup of tea or coffee.

Other services

Other Scope services will be at the hub but you can access them only via email or via phone. You cannot access them in person.

If you have any personal welfare concerns, please contact Scope’s helpline:

If you need support with your energy and water needs, check out our dedicated service:

If you are a parent or a carer of disabled children, please contact familyservices@scope.org.uk to receive online support and advice.

If you are coming with your children

You are welcome to bring your children to the hub with you, but unfortunately our colleagues are not able to look after them for you. Therefore they will need to sit in on your meeting with us or occupy themselves in one of the common areas.

If you need practical and emotional support

Our colleagues are trained to support you to improve your situation and will always be compassionate in doing so. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide counselling or crisis support.

If you need to talk to someone urgently about how you're feeling, please call Samaritans on 116 123.
