Our utilities trusts partnerships support our Disability Energy Service.
The service provides free energy and water advice to disabled people in England and Wales. It helps them manage their energy and water needs, navigate benefits, access discounts and grants, and claim financial support
Our partners:
British Gas Energy Trust (BGET)
BGET is funding our Disability Energy Support Service from 2024 to 2026. This funding enables us to provide practical advice, information and support to households with a disabled resident who are experiencing, or at risk of, fuel poverty.
Energy Saving Trust (EST)
EST has been funding our Disabled Energy Support Service since 2023, with funding due to end in January 2025. So far, the service has helped over 10,000 households access essential energy advice and support.
