We’re looking for skilled, experienced, and passionate individuals to join our Committees. As an Independent Committee Member, you’ll use your expertise to support and challenge our Board and leadership, helping us create a society where disabled people and their families can thrive.

Why join us?

As an Independent Committee Member, you will supplement the skills mix of our Trustees by providing expertise and experience to the Board’s Committees. You will provide support, guidance and challenge to our Board of Trustees and our Executive Leadership Team.

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking Independent Committee Members who are passionate about disability equality and have expertise in:

Finance
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cyber security
Legal / Company Secretary

We warmly welcome all applicants who meet the criteria for the roles. We particularly welcome applications from disabled people, and those who bring lived experience to the roles.
